Simona 0 Report post Posted December 1, 2007 Good morning to all http://www.managementfirst.co.uk/human_res...f522a535181773e This article was translated in Slovene and published in newspaper "Časnik Finance" yesterday. It says about "supernova burnout", if somebody is interested... A lot about this topic can be read in the book of H. H. The Dalai Lama & Howard C. Cutler "The Art of Happiness at work", as well. Kind regards, Simona

Simona 0 Report post Posted December 8, 2007 You are welcome! I find the article interesting as well, because it talks about an old truth, that it is easier to reach the top (what ever that would be) as to keep oneself there. It seems, that from the top point, there is only one way - down (?=!) Yet, this I think is only outer appearance. In this way, I find the ability to recognize - again and again - à¢-žinner“ values like compassion, patient, meditative stability, forgivness, humbleness, etc...crucial, no matter at which point of the self-development and self-actualization one finds himself in a certain moment. Take care, Simona
