Dragi Darma prijatelji! V četrtek, 19. februarja 2015, je tibetansko novo leto – Losar. Vstopamo v leto lesene ovce, leto 2142 po tibetanskem koledarju. Pred vstopom v novo leto, 29. dne zadnjega tibetanskega meseca (po našem koledarju je to torek, 17. februar) temeljito počistimo dom, se poslovimo od vseh negativnosti in naredimo prostor novim, pozitivnim stvarem. V četrtek, 19. februarja, bomo imeli v Centru kratko praznovanje, ki se začne ob 17.00. Ker je Losar praznik, ob katerem oltar velikodušno okrasimo z bogatimi daritvami, ste dobrodošli, če želite prinesti sadje (banane, pomaranče, jabolka), čaj, sokove, piškote, slaščice – ali pa se poskusite v izdelavi sladkih tibetanskih flancatov po imenu khapse. Prosimo pa vas, da daritve za oltar prinesete najkasneje do 16:30. Uradni del praznovanja bomo pričeli s kratkim nagovorom Shenpena Rinpočeja prek videokonference. Sledila bo kratka molitev Gesheja Yontena, nato pa praksa Tare, Čenreziga in branje Srčne Sutre. Po molitvah se bomo pogostili s čajem in piškoti. On Thursday, 19 February 2015, is the Tibetan New Year – Losar. We are entering the Wood Sheep year, year 2142 of the Tibetan calendar. Before entering the new year, on the 29th day of the last Tibetan month (in our calendar this is Tuesday, the 17 February) we thoroughly clean our home, say goodbye to all negativities and make space for new, positive things. On Thursday, 19 February we will hold a short celebration at our Centre, beginning at 5 p.m. As Losar is a festival for which we generously decorate the altar with rich offerings, you are welcome to bring fruits (bananas, oranges, apples), tea, juices, cookies, sweets – or try to make the Tibetan fried bread called khapse. But please kindly bring the offerings for the altar before 4:30 p.m. We will begin the official part of the celebration with a short introduction by Shenpen Rinpoche via videoconference. Next will be a short prayer of Geshe Yonten, and then the practices of Tara and Chenrezig and reading of the Heart Sutra. The prayers will be followed by a tea & cookies time.
