Dragi Dharma prijatelji, Vljudno vabljeni na sobotno jutro v našem centru, ki bo posvečeno meditaciji. Seznanili se bomo z dvema praktičnima oblikama meditacije, namenjenima umirjanju uma, sproščanju stresa ter pomiritvi negativnih čustev. V soboto, 12.9. od 9:00 do 12:30, v Budističnem centru Dharmaling v Ljubljani, na Melikovi ulici 1. Prijave: 040 125 512 ali slovenia@dharmaling.org Priporočena donacija: 20 €. We will acquaint ourselves with two practical forms of meditation which are meant for quieting the mind, releasing stress and pacifying negative emotions.
