Meditacije in učenja so odprti za vse. Za očiščevalne prakse in prakse posameznih Bud je potrebno, da imate Zatočišče. Dan bomo zaključili s čajanko s piškoti (dobrodošli prispevki v obliki piškotov, sladic ali brezalkoholnih pijač). At 17:30 Shenpen Rinpoche will give a short video teaching followed by the Green Tara and Chenrezig practices and Heart Sutra recitation. We will conclude the day with tea & cookies (contributions of cookies, desserts or non-alcoholic drinks are welcome).
